Third Shift

Somewhere in the genius department of my mind, I decided that getting on Paris time before actually arriving in Paris next week would be a stellar idea. No more zombie-walking through cobblestone streets in impractical attire. I will arrive alert and functioning!

Groovy!

Except I went to bed at 7:15 last night and slept until 2:30 this morning...which is 8:30 AM Paris time. Right on schedule. But I missed our From the Sidelines Fantasy Football draft at 10:30 PM last night and had to allow my team, A Few Good Men, to auto-draft. Hop on over to From the Sidelines to find out how that worked out for me!

Also? Third shift workers? You have my undying respect. I never realized how bff the sun and I are until this week.

  2. I worked 3rd shift for a few years. What was most difficult was weekends or days off. It's nearly impossible to switch to a normal schedule two days out of every seven. Hope you have a great time.

  6. You are a champ. Maybe I'll try that for my upcoming trip to Italy. That fuzzy, off-time feeling is so uncomfortable.
